Installation

To go ahead with Nop FAQ Manager, please install plugin in your nopCommerce store.

  1. Copy the "Plugin.FAQmanager folder into the Plugins folder of your NopCommerce installation\web site.
  2. Log in to your admin panel of nopCommerce and select Configuration>>Plugins.
  3. Plug in page will be open.
  4. Now Click on "Reload list of Plugins"
  5. Install "Nop FAQ Manager" plugin.
  6. Nop FAQ Manager is installed now.

Once Nop FAQ Manager is installed, you are ready to use and setting the configurations of the plug in.
  1. If you are not logged in your admin panel then please log in.
  2. Once you install plugin in your nopCommerce store, there will be a new tab created in your admin menu named "Plugins".

  1. In other browser, open homepage of your nopCommerce site.
  2. You will find FAQ's link in footer.
  1. Click on "FAQ's" link.
  2. There will be a new page created. The page will be blank as you have not added any testimonials yet.

  1. Now go to admin panel.
  2. There will a new submenu created under menu "Plugins".
  3. Click on "FAQ's>>Manage Categories"
  4. You can see there is one Category named "General FAQ". All the FAQs which don't have any suitable category, can be selected as General FAQs.
  1. You can add categories as per your requirements from this page.
  2. You can edit "Categories" you have added from the same page.
  3. Now go to "FAQ's>>Manage FAQ's".
  4. Here you can add Questions and answers.
  5. Right now there is no FAQs as you have not added any.
  6. Now click on "Add New".

  1. You can add new FAQ from here.
  2. You can select Category from the dropdown.
  3. You can also manage display order of FAQs.
  1. While adding new FAQ, you can select category below which this FAQ will be displayed.
  2. All the published FAQs will be listed on FAQ page of your store under Relevant Categories you have added.
